• No payment within 24hours = No order.
• No refund unless the item(s) you ordered is out of stock.
• We reserve the right to cancel the spree if the response is poor, or in the event of any unforseen circumstances. Refunds will be made promptly if that happens!
• We will not entertain any cancellations or change of order once payment has been made to Missy Spree.
• All these are pre-order items therefore no further discount & negotiation of price will be entertained.
• All purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Items take about 2-3 weeks (unless otherwise stated) to arrive Singapore after payment is made to supplier. Please do not rush Missy Spree for your items. Order ONLY if you are willing to wait.
• Please be assured that Missy Spree will do our utmost to ensure the quality and the correctness of your order. However, Missy Spree will not be liable for any defects or mistakes such as wrong color or size, made by the supplier.
• We will not hold responsibility for delivery via normal mail. Hence, registered mail is always strongly recommended.
• GST may be incurred.
• The actual colour of the item you received may be slightly different from the picture posted in Missy Spree due to the lighting and resolution of your monitor.
• As certain fabrics are stretchable, thus the actual measurements may vary slightly, therefore have to allow 2-3cm difference in measurement from the seller’s size chart.
• Updates will be done via MASS-EMAIL. Please check your junk mail folder occasionally, just in case!
